Jobs for Maine’s Grads (JMG)
JMG serves thousands of Maine’s residents each year, providing and academic and job-oriented supports as early as middle school and extending to adults re-entering education or the job market. A core part of their model is assigning advisors to caseloads of program participants, and managers need to “see through the eyes” of their staff to help train and support advisors.
JMG uses Framework to show advisors their caseload of students and help easily manage data capture in bulk. Program delivery includes classroom exposure to topics as well as tracking outcomes each term. They have simplified their data entry so that program staff are able to easily find, make notes about, update and track outcomes on students in whatever way is needed.
